One one hand, pretty good. I'm still losing weight, down nearly 50 pounds in under 5 months. Injury has made exercise more challenging, but I'm still doing what I can given the circumstances at the moment.
I'm feel some anxiety, quite a lot actually, over some health concerns. Rational me figures it's probably nothing to worry about, but rational me is losing the battle with emotional me at present.
Emotional me is a real cunt at times.

Happy to be home. Did some work at the thrift store, but weather kinda killed the business, so I came home, stopping for some grocery shopping on the way. It was pissing down rain, as it can only do here in TX -- at points visibility on the highway was down to fifty yards, and I was doing 25 mph inside a 60-mph speed-limit.
Getting back home, the rain gauge on my porch showed around 3½" of rain had landed in the 4 hours I was gone.
I'll sit down and play a little git-tar in a little bit.
