Lol, I doubt it, hon.

I don't meditate formally any more but when I did as a youth I'd lay in my bed and simply work on clearing thought -- any thoughts.

I practice mindfulness now, observing myself in the act of feeling things, and that gives me a more objective stance on my feelings: "Hey, asshole, you're dwelling on this, change the tune."

It helps me.

I'm just back from watching the club (Pallasgreen) lose to Knockaderry by 1-14 to 1-7 in the All County Hurling League Div3. No effort at all in the second half, I'm really worried for the first round of the Senior Football next Saturday.

Emergency Backup Cat #2 is getting back to normal today. We had a guest kitty for a week (favor for a friend) and that trauma is over now and we are sound asleep. No more sharing food bowl, no more sharing upstairs.

And I've heard the guest cat is put out today, apparently she liked it here more than at her home, LOL !!
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
