I wasn't really precise but It's physical pain, not mental pain. The latter is worse but episodic, the former is just relentless though.

Today's a bit better. See how it shapes up. I still have unpacking to do, packing I expected to have done by now.

I'm glad it's a little better today. Yes, I've known both for long periods and mental pain is worse, I agree.
