Thanks, Rob and all y'all. As you know, I live out in the country, and loneliness -- as an attitude -- comes and goes. The emotion of loneliness has the circumstances to sprout up whenever I focus on it, so it's really important to me to be mindful and observe when the feeling starts welling up, so I can direct my feelings away from it.

Last night I wasn't so successful in that regard ... it happens sometimes.
