Really good, despite the challenges which have in the past derailed my mood.

I've been overall pretty positive since doing that inpatient/intensive outpatient program back in December/January.

We're only at 94°F here today, but the humidity is giving us a heat index of 105°. I'm hot and sweaty and don't smoke indoors ... hmph.
