I'm feeling sooooooo much better! I can't believe what I was writing on here just a few days ago. The pills appear to be right out of my system. I just had the most wonderful chat with my bestie Ivy and it's lifted my spirits right up, I feel strong again!

My parents are similarly heartless. Their emotional abuse and manipulation of me continues to this day and I know they'll never change.

I haven't seen my dad in over 10 and a half years and even though I want to keep it that way I still miss him. Prior to that I lived with him for 18 years, and saw him every day

I just try to never think about him and pretend he doesn't exist. He's too toxic.
