I don't mind getting my kit off, it's more the public speaking thing that spooks me. Smile

Depending on your level of alcohol use, medical supervision may well be a good idea. Quitting from a very heavy habit can be dangerous without having a doc on your team.

But I get stagefright with stripping too if it's a group of people I don't know watching me. I couldn't be a stripper lol. It's a group of people I don't know watching that I can't do. Whether I'm speaking or whatever.

For the public speaking I recommend Toastmasters. For kicking alcaholism, talk to your doctor, but I'd recommend steering away from AA, it's no better than spontaneous remission as regards success (according to its last published usable statistics of members all the way back in the '80s).
