@ jelly paracetamol + aspirin + caffeine is a miracle headache cure.

Also dark and quiet. It sounds crazy but I like to close my eyes and imagine myself relaxing my bottom jaw from one side slowly around to the other. I think the real keep is just distracting your mind though

Sitting outside smoking a cigarette. It's very hot and muggy out for it being almost 1am.

Paracetamol tends to come mixed with aspirin here as far as i am aware, so yay! Tongue
