I just had eight hours sleep but I feel....tired. So very very tired. Hard for me to feel awake without being upbeat. When I'm not in a happy, silly, jaunty mood I get so damn tired. My mood is fine but staying in an enthusiastic and energetic mood is what wears me out. I know I don't have to stay in a good mood, but fucking hell I'm exhausted without it and yet I'm also exhausted by it (eventually).

Anyways, I'm chilled out and I'm okay... I'm just so sleepy. At least I'm not anxious or even sad. Just... tired.
