Smaller. Yesterday I saw my reflection in a storefront window and for the first time in years I don't feel like a manatee.

Yay healthy eating. Yay exercise.

I'm also optimistic that my chronic pain regimen is working. I was not when it started, but some of my symptoms have not occurred in several weeks now and those that remain are more manageable.

Yay modern medicine. It took years to get to this point but at least I got here. Let's hope it stays..
