Physical therapy is getting hard. Doc wants me off the pain meds, and Info, but this shit hurts. Things are going well though, in spite of the pain.

Was told I need to redo bloodwork. Some number dealing with my kidneys was off, IIUC. Somewhat alarming, since people with SB, such as myself, are prone to kidney issues, including failure, which is our leading cause of death.
Feeling OK, though. Just hoping this doesn't amount to much, though at 41, who knows.

For a while I ignored the fact that I have a porcelain heart, but the moral hangover caught up with me.
The train hasn't stopped, but I'm scared of where it's going. However silly that sounds after the previous stop...
