My debit card was just compromised, so I'm waiting on further news about that. Kind of ruins any plans I had.

I know the exact feeling of wanting to get out of my skin when I get anxiety. I have some scars on my arms from where I'm nervously scratched my skin right off. I take buspar, I don't know if you've tried it but mixed with Xanax seems to be a good combo for me. I hope you feel better.

I did buspar for awhile. I have Ativan, which I'll take when I'm ready to sleep. Oh yeah, sleep. Haven't been getting much of that.

I had Ativan first but I found I can't take enough to lower my anxiety and stay awake at the same time
