Started crying as I took to exit to come to work this morning.
I'm sick of the crying.
Counselor calling me this afternoon about it.

Bladder spasms. Slept OK, though, and I'm not ravenous like I've been. Should overall be a better day and weekend.

... and gave you some advice? Did he/she just say that it's a normal thing?
anyway, i hope that someone will help you with that.....or you'll get out of yourself the strength that lies in you and you'll overcome all these adversity!
I wish you this with all my heart
ps...after work, i suggest you watch this old comedy: Shut Up! (2003)-Tais-toi! (original title)

It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery each day."

I'm sorry. I hate crying, and I can never seem to help it when I do. I hope you feel better.

In pain. IBS is attacking tonight. It's gonna be a long night, I can tell.

I'm sorry...
My husband has what we believe to be undiagnosed IBS. We've found that eating one fiber bar (11 grams), one banana, and one good quality probiotic pill, every day, has greatly improved his symptoms. I'm sure you've tried everything, but figured I'd throw that out there. Hope you feel better soon.

That's so hard.... is it just the weight of everything and fear about the future?

Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Thanks CL. What worked for me was getting rid of all processed foods in the house. We make everything from scratch. I think maybe it was something from the restaurant we ate at yesterday because I haven't had much of anything since and this started not long after we left. I feel like I'm gonna die

Ugh, that's terrible. Good on you for cutting out processed foods. Much healthier that way. Sucks when you gotta be careful every time you eat out...

Try also being deathly allergic to nuts - like all nuts and peanuts included. Every time we go out, I have to let the server know that I have a severe nut allergy. Good times there. Not.
