And lets not get into any "God is love" bullshit because that just demeans everyone. God is God for the sake of this conversation.
Bold mine. Of course you do, and the extent that you and others believe your action/practice is reality will depend on how convincing you are. Again, by you, I have serious doubts.
Somethings that can be imagined can be turned into reality, some can't. My point is that all imagination is not necessarily fantasy. However, if you want to define it as fantasy imagine then no, the imagined can't become reality.
Are we through?
So hang on, the reality of something depends on how convincing I am? No. We are certainly not through.
Explain yourself.
EDIT: My mistake. I got confused and thought you were the OP arguing the original point. Long day, didn't sleep last night.

I close my eyes and imagine that I'm an overweight balding man in his fifties, with man boobs, a 3 inch dick, and bad teeth.
Is that real?
Hell no! At least 4 inches and .... oh shit !

You're the one talking about putting "god" into action/practice, not I. So yes, if that's your fantasy imagination, "god", and you can convince yourself it's real, as far as your concerned it's real. How real you can make seem it to others will depend on how convincing you are. Isn't that case with all gods/religions? If you don't think this can happen, visit a psych ward in your location.
I simply disagreed that all imagination is fantasy.

Refer to the edit I placed. Sorry.
EDIT: That was rude and the result of a misunderstanding. I apologize. Its been a terrible week. I'm wired, drunk and alittle stoned.

And that all your concepts about what exists outside the human mind carry over, outside the human mind. Whatever god you believe in, that is what exists, not in alternate reality, not in reality, in...the afterlife.
(P.S. I know this is illogical, I do not believe it. Do not attempt to accuse this of being what I personally believe, i'm just initiating a discussion with a prompt.)
I will imagine you one better. I imagine a universe that is utterly and completely as if there isn't and never was God.
The power of my imagination is clearly much greater than yours because I can actually make reality outside my mind conform to my imagination without just asserting imagination makes reality.

I never asserted anything.
Which is better:
To die with ignorance, or to live with intelligence?
Truth doesn't accommodate to personal opinions.
The choice is yours.

You can "invent" (or perhaps a better word is discover) things totally by accident, without imagining them at all. Even if you imagine how something you want to invent should be, you're not actually making what you imagine. You make something as close as possible to it based on physical limitations and taking into account practical problems which need to be solved. So our concepts are not real, even if they represent real things, current or futuristic. They are just idealised versions of things which may or may not be real.

You can make your imagination a reality. Scalpel and cauterization iron. May want to ask Beccs for technical details before the attempt.

Ah, but with out imagination the accidental invention or discovery will go unappreciated. If I stumble upon a piece of obsidian with a sharp edge and can't/don't imagine it's use for cutting it remains just another rock.
Not sue I'm qualified to argue this point but I believe some imaginations can be precisely be turned into reality. Let's say I'm Einstein ( I know, total fantasy, but stay with me) and I imagine specific relativity. I then work out the math that proves the imagination. Is this not precise?
In my head I can see your dingus. Please stop bending over.

I imagined all you fuckers, so stop pretending you are anything but figments of my imagination. And give me head more. . . this is the official new commandment for all figments. More head. And I like donuts, don't forget them. And bacon.
Now I'm imagining having breakfast. Laters.
