I don't think it is a 'loose fit' which leads to queefing. Rather, you need a fairly well sealed cylinder and piston in order for the escaping air to make much noise.
Cathy, would you describe your vajay as tight or does it sort of flop around a little? If you're good and tight you should be able to queef the alpha bet provided your husband isn't particularly narrow.

As with any fart or burp-like sound that we can produce, this one requires a very small air exit aperture, one that, as whatevs said, flaps a bit.
It also requires that air is pushed in and remains there until enough pressure is built up to overcome the tight seal.
Wetness of the area can aid in enhancing the seal.
One thing that's necessary is for air to go in. Remove piston almost to the tip, thrust in...repeat. In cars, there is an extra hole for air and another for fuel...
Now, why anyone would be concerned that they never do that is beyond my comprehension...

Doggystyle is the easier way to do it. If the vajay is very wet, the better, one pulls out, just leaving the tip, air goes in , then thrust forward. The air needs to get out somewhere.
