From Jesus to just Myself

RE: From Jesus to just Myself
Indeed. Christianity is particularly bad, because it teaches you that there's something fundamentally wrong with you, just for being born. And that's before the ridiculous and impossible standards it sets kick in, and before you know it you're covered in sin just for being a human. It's revolting.

Welcome!
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

To add insult to injury, being critical about this is considered inappropriate too. You just cannot question god! They are thoughts from the devil! Even when I'm still very religious, I found it odd that being critical about things is the devil's characteristics. Is the devil actually smarter? Lol

Yup, he's way smarter. Even in god's one sided version of events, the devil comes off as the hero. He rebelled against god's tyranny, just as any good person would rebel against a vicious dictator if they had the chance.

If the devil is the one who likes to question things, then sign me up. True stuff doesn't need protecting from scrutiny.
