Ask a fat girl 2.0

RE: Ask a fat girl 2.0
We had an Irish wolfhound growing up. Those dogs are massive, especially when you combine it with sheepdog. 195 pounds of woof!

The person who previously owned the house had one. They are really big dogs Shock

Greyhounds are pretty big too, but they're also very muscular. One of them hopped on my bed this morning, and accidentally kicked me. Now, that may not have been much force to him, but my nose still kinda hurts, and it's almost 3am, the next morning Tongue

I loved that dog. His chew toy was a seven foot long couch.

Haha, he sounds a lot like our dogs are. They'll try to chew or eat just about anything. If you were to throw something to them (It just has to look remotely like food), they'd leap for it and eat it. I love my dogs, they're always amazing Big Grin

(though, they have an entire couch in the kitchen to themselves, and always claim one in the lounge, which makes TV watching a little difficult Tongue )

But do you get a lot of hassle from people? Like, i see a lot of people around where i live throw some pretty nasty insults around at fat people. (Sorry if the wording's a bit rude, i dunno how else to word it D: )

Really depends on where I am. I've gotten nasty treatment from clothing store employees. And because I photograph well when I used to online date I've been accused of altering my pictures. If there's the lovely "Did you go blind from diabetes?" And I've gotten some snickers going to the gym. Most of the abuse is online or passive aggressive in person. Because I'm blind I have had more than one idiot try to direct me to the plus clothing while out shopping, as if I have no idea what size I am.

You don't often see fat dog owners for that reason.  Go for an hour walk 5 times a week and, unless you're scoffing Big macs all day, you'll start to see the weight drop off.

Hmm. A huge amount of fat people I know own dogs. Probably because a huge amount of people own dogs.

In my experience, they just get other people to walk their dogs for them.

Where do you live?  Hollywood??
