Microsoft is a pain in the ass

RE: Microsoft is a pain in the ass
Nice. I take it there are easy to follow instructions for it?

Another one for the I Hate Microsoft Files.

I have a home Windows network, everything is the same OS. I go to print something and my network printer isn't found (Windows 10 print server). I check a few things, finally reboot the server. Updates install, printer is still not available.

Discovered that the machine decided to remove itself from the homegroup for some stupid reason. Facepalm

Yeah, HomeGroup shit is frustrating and I hate it so fucking much. I have a router bridge in my room, and if my laptop connects to the main hub in the living room rather than the bridge, I cannot access files/media/print sharing.

Probably somewhere. But if you just go to the drive, there is a red button on the left that says "New," and after you click it, there are options, including "Upload new file" and "Upload new folder."

Pro tip: Don't listen to anyone. Try for yourself and make your own mind up.
Try all three!

If you buy 200 dollar runners to impress your friends, then a Mac's for you.
If you're nerdy and broke, then Linux is for you
If you're a serious gamer, or not one of the other 2 options, Windoze is for you.

Ubernerds like me use LCARS. he he (I wish)

I will be honest here and say that Micro$oft likes giving it long hard and deep to its customers on a regular basis. Dealing with Microsoft is like getting raped . . . repeatedly . . . by an elephant, with a spiked condom . . . through your eyeballs. So not fun

If so, you have 15GB of free online storage in your google drive.

(I know I sound like a shill for Google lately, but I use mine all the time.)

drive.google.com

Thank you so much! I was able to move all my notes to Drive. I was also able to move all my pics of the work I've done in school. And.... here's the best part! Drive already came on my tablet so I'm able to access any file I put on Drive, via my tablet. I'm really grateful you told me about this! Thank you so much for that.

Dropbox also gives 15 gigs, plus some more if you invite friends. The way it functions is alike google drive. I have both lol, call me paranoid. It also serves as storing to share stuff online of you define a public folder.

No prob.

As far as your main problem, you should try a clean install of Windows instead of trying to repair the old one.

Or screw Windows and install Linux Mint.
