Fiction or non fiction?

Fiction or non fiction?
Or it's own special category of bullshit!
Costco got their ass kicked by labelling bibles for sale as fiction.
They apologised soon enough and relabelled all current and future stock to non fiction.

Any librarians here? Where does it belong in the library? I believe non fiction?
Then again comedy books goes in there also.

Does it belong in the History section? Politics? Metaphysics?
I'd shove it outside of time and space where it's god belongs!

How would you categorise it?

Over priced and over rated.

I remember reading that "the difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense," ergo, non-fiction.  Tongue

Dewey decimal 220.01 ... but that's because horseshit doesn't get its own assigned number.

Maybe Costco needs to haul off their bible inventory to Zondervans ?
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Of course it's fiction. It should be under fiction, but alas, we know what world we live in, don't we. Sigh.
