If it had been a proof in 7 or 5*5 statements or so I would have been more convinced. 20 seems like a not very godly and arbitrary number. Shouldn't the proof of God have a nice number of steps?
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

What does this actually mean ? Aside from the statement being vague enough to not be utile, it may very well be false.

... and if it's true, what caused the Causer?

Nothing. And for that to work you have to argue that the Causer is not a thing
Welcome to atheism! Proven in one step, which is much better than 20.

God of the gaps everytime. "We don't know the answer, therefore geud". "We don't see another answer, therefore jebus". Like Rob said: arguments aren't evidence for god.

I think we've heard all we're going to get now, so let's take a vote. If you think God doesn't exist, raise your left hand. If you don't think God does exist, raise your right and your left hand.

God does not talk to me; if he/she/it did, I would talk back to him/her/it.

Thanks guys (and gals) for taking the time to respond.
For those arguing the no uncaused things /quantum fluctuations, etc. premise, this was addressed in notes (i), (ii) and (iii) of the proof.
I'll keep checking back for more responses.
Oh, I did copy and paste the proof from my own website (which I can't post here as I'm a newbie). I do explain more on the proof and Gödel there (the website).

That's not what we argued. You need to establish what the word means in the context, and then that the premise so defined is true.
