I disagree with him because he is wrong. His intelligence generally has nothing to do with it. If a side effect of his ignorance is me thinking he's a complete dumbass, in spite of his supposed 'education', well, so be it.

I think it comes down more to the fact that some people are prepared to worship a being that is at least partially evil.

The POE can help free a mind from the contradictions of a particular religion, but it doesn't create atheists in one go.

The problem of evil depends upon how you define God. If God is capricious, or moody, or evil, or even partially evil himself, then Craig is correct, there is no logical contradiction. However, there is a contradiction if one defines God as "all good," (or omnibenevolent) which many Christians do. How would the concept of evil even occur to an all good being? All good beings would only think all good thoughts (for even one evil thought would negate the "all good" aspect of the being). For example, we wouldn’t say someone is all good if they contemplated torturing babies – even if they never acted upon it. Put differently, a God capable of contemplating evil (much less acting to create evil in the world) is less good than a God which never imagines anything evil at all. But again, the problem all depends on how you define (and more importantly… imagine) God.

All that, and he still presents the same flawed version of the Cosmological Argument for decades, as if it is unassailable and has never been refuted.

At the very least, he is intellectually dishonest. 

He enters debates with the alleged intent of changing minds. Yet he does so with the knowledge going in, that he will never change his mind.

He has stated several times, that "witness of the holy spirit" will always trump actual, demonstrable evidence.

Therefor saying he is "good" is meaningless.

However, we would expect any capable person to step and and stop the things that he watches idly. So that's the judgement, right there. Also, he doesn't just watch those things, he made them physically possible in the first place. He didn't have to, unless his omnipotence is on the fritz.
