What makes his bullshit "spoiled brat" slur wrong, is because he thinks anyone having it easier is a mooch, which is fucking bullshit because there are stay at home wives, and while not all business owners simply bean count, many don't have to sweat like the labor at the bottom. And there is nothing wrong with that at all. It is only when you sit on your ivory tower and shit on the people who do the work for you I start getting pissed.

A Theist, what's to stop a predator from not even dressing up, but using these new laws to say he's transgender and going into the ladies bathroom even though he looks like a man? He can claim he was born with a vagina but fully transitioned. He doesn't even have to dress up!

A predator wouldn't even have to go through that trouble to explain anything. He could just simply say that he identifies with being a woman and go right into a women's restroom without being stopped. If you were born a man, use the men's restroom.  If you were born a woman, use the women's restroom...and if nobody likes that, then don't have operations to change your sex.

The point that everyone is making and that you just confirmed is that these laws don't do anything, your 1950s understanding of what transgenderism is notwithstanding.

If you don't understand, not to worry! There are lots of explanations and scientific studies that will explain it for you, and they even have wonderful charts in case the words are too difficult.

To whom would he explain that, I mean. It's not like there's a bathroom hall monitor. No one watches the doors of bathrooms, checking to see if the guy walks into the door with the little dress in front of it. In the few places that it really is that busy, such that people would be close enough to notice, no predator would be trying to go into that bathroom, with traffic far too high for this hypothetical predator to pull off an attack.

And for the love of Pete, please learn something about transgender biology. You sound ridiculous when you admit that you know nothing more about how the brain, endocrine system, and (epi)genetic development of a person develops than we knew in the 1950s. Seriously, man. 1) How was this a response to what you quoted from Steel Curtain pointing out how you are incorrect?

2) If a predator doesn't have to go to the trouble of explaining anything, then why then tell us that he could simply say that he is a woman? He doesn't even have to do that.

3) You still haven't explained how a cisgendered man could have pretended to be a transman (female to male) and going into the woman's toilets now that HB2 is in place is any different to the same man pretending that he is a transwoman (male to female) beforehand. In both cases, the law achieves absolutely nothing.

4) You are saying that if people don't like having to risk physical, sexual and verbal assault in order to perform a necessary bodily function then they should just basically kill themselves, or at the very least live a non-functional life ridden with depression. Because that is the alternative for a transsexual in not transitioning. And all so you can continue to be a bigot. That is selfishness in the extreme. Would Jesus advocate such a thing? No. You are not a Christian.

I see it as the Christian equivalent of Muslims intimidating women who don't cover up or wear the hijab. In terms of numbers, there are far more cisgendered women who don't look traditionally female than there are trans-women. Not to mention that most transwomen are more likely to go to the effort of making sure that they blend in.

All the progress that feminism has made to free everyone from strict gender codes is being pushed back.
