Ladies....I just can't work this one out????? The Mrs is horrified if anyone see's her in her knickers and bra, but she quite happily goes swimming with a bikini on. What is the difference? The same amount of flesh is on show. Maybe it's me I don't know.

Because swimwear is designed for the purpose of being outdoors, in water or is used to sunbathe. Different fabric.

Underthings, are not and clearly look like underthings.

Swimwear is not generally made of delicate lace-type fabric.

Nymph I have seen my Mrs covering herself if someone happens to see her in her underwear, but if 50 people see her in a bikini that's Ok, I just don't get it. And her swimwear shows a lot more tit than her underwear BTY.

Well then maybe it's a mental thing...meaning, we know that underwear is supposed to go under clothing. It's designed as such. We also know that bathing suits are meant to be worn outside. So maybe, knowing this, we just know what's appropriate and what's not.

It's all mind fuckery.

I have no idea. For myself, I swim in shorts and a tee shirt over my swimsuit. For some reason, people don't like seeing fat people in swimwear, so I try to accommodate that.
