No no, demons aren't there to give us more evil, they're a convenient box to put the evil that we already have. Man microwaves baby daughter? No, it's not a mental problem, it's a demon. Woman drowns her children? Demon. Why bother wasting time and effort trying to find the real answers and how best to treat them, when it's demons all the way down? Just give your money to the church, close your eyes and nothing all the evil away.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Yeah its real alright haha.  I figured you guys would like that one. Smile  And I don't feel the need to blame evil on demons. Sure they can exacerbate the problem, but humans are capable of committing enough evil all on their own to need the help of any outside force.  But, I think that both good and evil must originate from somewhere. Other animals have no concept of it. They have no concept of algebra either, but evil usually comes as a reaction of base emotion, which they do have.
Islam has killed millions in the last decade, lets focus all attention on Christianity!

Many do, including myself but we attribute them to demonic entities. I say this to confirm what others have noted earlier.

Why people still cling to a belief in demons, today...is beyond me.  That said, even a nutter ought to know that their belief in demons is backsliding pagan superstition, and so I thoroughly enjoy the subject.  Any person who wants to distance their christianity from previous pagan faiths, and then mentions demons...has slit their religions throat from the outset. Probably the fault of demons.
