I'll say this for Mississippi: they have some of the nicest roadside toilet facilities of any state I've been through.

Then again they fucking well should, since the money sure as hell isn't getting spent on their education system. And a relatively nice shitter somewhere outside Jackson isn't enough to get me to go back.
