I don't say bless you and refuse to. If someone I know very well sneezes in my company, I'll joke about them spreading germs. Sneeze away I have an extremely strong immune system  Angel

I tend to swear during sneezing fits.

This. I have allergy attacks and, no shit, I'll sneeze 15 or more times in a row. After the fourth one I start yelling and cussing.
