She has no reason to renounce her citizenship. I can only assume you don't want her to have British citizenship because she'd be a German, and therefore EU citizen.

Honestly, I doubt there are 1.3 million missing postal ballots somewhere. If there was, it would be a legitimate conspiracy by the Leave campaign to thwart the vote. Based on the statements by their leaders and the supporters in this thread, I don't think they're that competent.

To be fair although the EU can direct EU nations to violate the ECHR the nation is still liable to the ECHR ....

But in reality a court would need to rule against the EU directive leaving the EU nation to adhere to the courts or be sanctioned by the EU ...

No tin hat here .... you work out whether a court will put their nation in a position where they are fined continuously until they ignore the courts ruling based on Human Rights?
