Not sure where the kinda dickish response came from, but according to Google there was actually a civil war in Cambodia going up until about '91, and there was some faction-clashing around '97. Not finding much besides that, but there could be details to that period that I'm not seeing on a cursory search. Looks like mostly just political maneuvering between those two years, but it wouldn't surprise me if skirmishes were still unofficially happening throughout that time.

I personally removed over 100 mines. All Chinese made. (They mined on their own country - supplied by China).

No. Christians, the Bible and the LGBT community are often misunderstood. 

Leviticus 18:22  "Thou shall not lie with a man, as with a woman: its an abomination"

The Bible commands Christians to rise up a little higher position when laying a man.
