FBI: No charges for Clinton

Holy shit. I watched the director of the FBI before congress today. He flat out said she did all the things but the only problem was that they cannot prove criminal intent. Wooow. This is so much worse than I thought. I really thought all this stuff was hyped up...but it wasn't. He seriously said something like he's not sure that Clinton is sophisticated enough to know she was breaking the law....wut.

Someone talk some sense into me because I am feeling like I'm going to vote for Sanders afterall.

If Hillary's that incompetent and naïve she shouldn't be occupying the White House. If it was any more than that she should be indicted. Either way, she's unfit to serve as the POTUS.

Who knows what Comey must've been thinking. Sanders is expected to endorse Hillary next week, according to what I saw on the news. So, no Sanders.

No no no no no, he was not dodging his responsibility. This conspiracy crap is what both sides are falling for. That one person, while having a final say, is not the totality of all the investigators. To assume he is part of a conspiracy is absurd, considering he was a originally a Bush appointee then appointed by Obama and confirmed by the GOP. But again, you are assuming he alone did all the investigating and that is not how the FBI works, nor was he the only agent in on the investigation.

There were THOUSANDS of agents involved, as well as the State Department. This is as paranoid as when people say Bush had a hand in 9/11. 

I found nothing inconsistent in his testimony nor contradictory. The part everyone keeps missing in all this is that those e-mails were also handled by no names non famous employees who ALSO did not get charged.  And he brought up other cases where people DID. He was not playing favorites. The GOP is simply shitting it's pants once again over a decision that didn't go their way.

I agree, the GOP often sounds like "the boy who cried wolf". The GOP often don't go after the Clintons when there is a real scandal because they are just as corrupt as they are. For example, Hilary goes around the globe promoting fraking whilst at the same time pretending to care about the people of Flint, Michigen when it's convenient for her to do so.

If the GOP is smart they will ask James Comey about all of the Hilary superdelegates investigated for, or being investigated for, corruption and they will also ask about the Clinton Foundation. But the GOP doesn't care about actual corruption because they benefit from it too.

Wtf. Dude you're not fucking listening. She got off on a technicality. It was a unanimous decision among the the team on her case to let her off because they cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she knew she was breaking the law. I'm not faulting him. I am saying she's a lot worse than I realized. She actually did do all the things she's been claiming not to have done. I just...I already didn't like her for president because her voting doesn't match with my political views. I never even payed attention to this stuff because I just didn't care. But wtf. I'm going to need to up my anxiety meds over this fucking election. Maybe Clinton and Trump will develop sudden onset Alzheimer's and withdraw from the race.

James laid out the case for recommending indictments and finished off by saying Hilary is too retarded to have criminal intent. The FBI confirmed Hilary is dangerous and a big risk but Hilary's cheerleaders still insist on putting their fingers in their ears and making at "la-la" sound. I don't think she's too retarded to know she was breaking the law but if she is then she shouldn't be nominated for presidency and if she is not then she knew what she was doing and the mens rea wouldn't be satisfied still because they couldn't find any evidence to prove she's not retarded...so she still shouldn't be president.
