WikiLeaks publishes searchable database of almost 20,000 emails from DNC.

No that's not the extent of what they've done. People have only just started going through the emails.

Also, the DNC rigging the contest in favor of Clinton isn't a reason not to vote for her, but it certainly is a reason to support a rehaul of the DNC. They have made a mockery of the primary / caucus processes this year. The DNC should be concerned about ensuring the primaries are fair and democratic. They shouldn't be actively trying to sabotage candidates.

When supporters of Senator Sanders complained about election fraud, the Hillary Bots just laughed it off. The truth hurts. The DNC is doing everything in its power to make Trump president.

I say send the whole DNC to jail restart this presidential election Trump or Hillary should not be able to win.

Also, that's not even relevant for two reasons:

1) The delegates are assigned proportionally, so winning a state doesn't mean you get all the delegates.

2) The underlining issue isn't that Bernie won or didn't win certain states, it's that this was supposed to be a fair election for the Democratic nominee. The DNC are supposed to be impartial since they are the ones organizing the primaries and caucuses. If the DNC are even just talking about trying to make one of the candidates look bad, it's a sign that they aren't impartial. Rather, it's clear that not only did the DNC support Clinton from the start, they may have actively tried to sabotage the Sanders campaign. Clearly the DNC don't think their superdelegates are enough of an afront to democracy; they need to use dirty tricks too.

Leaked Emails Show DNC Officials Constructing Anti-Bernie Narrative

The email in question: https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails/emailid/11056 (Mark Paustenbach, the sender, is the national press secretary & deputy communications director for the DNC according to his twitter)

This is very specifically against the Democratic Party's own Charter and Bylaws:

Quote:Democratic Party Charter and Bylaws, Article 5, Section 4

The Chairperson shall exercise impartiality and evenhandedness as between the Presidential candidates and campaigns. The Chairperson shall be responsible for ensuring that the national officers and staff of the Democratic National Committee maintain impartiality and evenhandedness during the Democratic Party Presidential nominating process.

Lots of emails practically confirm the suspicion of many Sanders supporters than the DNC was actively trying to ensure Clinton was the nominee. This email in particular (https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails/emailid/11508) shows utterly disgusting behavior, trying to get the media to question Sanders about his religious beliefs before two primaries.

Wonder if Bernie will get tired of hearing about those damn emails too?

Here's more on the wikileaks story....

Quote:As Hillary Clinton prepares to accept her party’s nomination for president, the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks has released nearly 20,000 hacked emails that offer an embarrassing look inside the workings of the Democratic Party as it prepares for its convention in Philadelphia.

Some of the emails from the Democratic National Committee include discussions about how to undermine Clinton’s chief rival for the presidential nomination, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.); details of perks provided to party donors attending the convention; and email exchanges among party officials, journalists and others....

One email written May 5 to Miranda from another party official suggests that the party could help Clinton by raising questions about Sanders’s faith. The email seems to indicate a clear preference among DNC officials for a Clinton primary win.

“It might may [sic] no difference, but for KY and WVA can we get someone to ask his belief,” the email from “[email protected]” says. “Does he believe in a God. He had skated on saying he has a Jewish heritage. I think I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist.”

This is awesome.

The DNC needed a ground up overhaul. I hope we get one.

I hope that one lesson that the Dems learn for the future is to not groom a candidate so far out. They got pot committed on this one.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

The whole political party system needs a ground up over haul. I don't think I'll live to see it happen.
