I can't stay cooped up inside my house. I typical long get out for at lease a a couple of dog walks every day. If I stay inside all day I get really depressed.

Not sure where you are, but here in the USA, they are illegal in some jurisdictions (maybe all? I don't keep up with tobacco law). But the aforeposted song by The Magnetic Fields has me realy curious now, too (never drank vermouth either, and I'm not very literate, so no Camus).

Outdoor cat here. I be liking me trees and rocks and animules.
In summer I forget what inside looks like and vice versa for winter.
I checked out my hammock a couple of days back and there was practically a garden growing in it. 
I like the variety of going out at least once. Even if it's just a walk around the village.
