This man nearly beats his girlfriend to death. There is ample evidence, photos, police reports to back it up. She bravely gives a painful testimony in the courtroom, but she's Asian, so it is difficult for her to read in English.
Judge tells her to hurry up.
The same judge that let Brock Turner, the Stanford swimmer who got 6 months in county jail for brutally raping an unconscious woman behind a dumpster. The sentence: 24 days in weekend jail. Weekend jail. So he won't miss his job as an engineer in Silicon Valley. Immediately after her testimony, the judge calls his counsel over to determine what time on Monday morning he needs to be let out of jail so he won't be late for work.
Fucker needs to be recalled.

This is truly disgusting. I wonder what it would take to write to the California Judicial Board of Review and file a massive complaint complete with signatures of hundreds of thousands of people.
That should give a wake up call to the judicial system out there.

Isn't it funny how judges are meant to be really well respected in the community.
To me, if you're a judge, you are scumbag number one right at the bottom of the shit pile.

I feel like this same judge also gave a black man on the same charge an actual sentence? Like, the white guys got a slap on the wrist, yet the black man got years in prison, under this same judge.
So... you know, I think we can determine what's informing his rulings, here.
