Lance's gluten free cheddar crackers.
Cabbage fried rice.
With carrots, one egg, a few slices of onion, and teriyaki sauce. But it's mostly cabbage and rice, and it's so good, even my 10 year old scarfs it down.

Had a sleeve of Ritz crackers a couple hours ago. Probably salad topped with shrimp, croutons and cheese for dinner.

Scrambled eggs for breakfast, cinnamon bun and coffee for a mid-afternoon snack, and I just put a dry rub on a couple of pork steaks, wrapped them in foil, and put them in the oven to bake.
As tomorrow is Halloween and we're encouraged to bring treats to work, I put together a shortbread and then topped it with a bag of Skor toffee bits and then a bag of milk chocolate chips, which melted into a topping in the oven. (I specifically opted for shortbread because a couple of people in the office don't eat eggs, and didn't have cookies the last time I brought some in.)
Made a double batch so that there'll be some for the office and some for my daughter and me to nomnomnom at home.
My daughter's birthday is tomorrow. Yes.. her birthday is on Halloween. I plan on eating a small piece of cake in her honor, that is until I see her on Wednesday

Made Boston baked beans and ate some with a slice of sourdough bread and a glass of wine.

I've been eating chocolates.
Well, the Meaty 'Cuban Black Bean' Soup got transformed into black bean chili.
That recipe couldn't have been very authentic. I've had Cuban black beans and they're typically bursting with flavor. This wasn't bad, just terribly bland. Some more tomato products, chili powder, a bit more cumin, a jalapeno, a serrano and a couple other small additions I can't remember off the top of my head and it came out quite nice. Not what I was aiming at, but nice all the same.
