It's not on youtube
Well, I suppose that the original version is too long for Youtube, but here's a version from his Unplugged Special (1994.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOO4jNtx8gM
And I might as well take the time to add three (or four) other songs I neglected to mention last time.
Yes' "South Side of the Sky"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvU6dttJb-k
Led Zeppelin's "Kashmir."
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfR_HWMzgyc
They really do sound a lot alike (admittedly, if you forget the long solo piano section of South Side, the comparison is clearer.)
Sonic Youth's "Teenage Riot"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvDuATZCY8I
And for an honorable mention: Pulp's "Common People." The album version of the song is less than ten seconds short of six minutes, but there are no versions of the Album version on youtube, only live versions and the music video of the single version (needless to say, much shorter than 6 minutes), so here's the version live from Glastonbury 1995:

Edit: I stand throroughly corrected on the "no album version on Youtube" thing for "Common People."

I believe a good version is around 8:30

I almost forgot about this tortured beauty:

Lately my favorite long tune is Son of Alerik by Deep Purple. It's a bonus track from Perfect Strangers. Instrumental, pretty much just Blackmore/Lord jamming.

I started listening to the early Verve again after hearing the heavily Verve-influenced Exit Calm album

This particular track alongside A Man Called Sun are two of my favourites from that era

Standing on The Shoulder of Giants is by far the worst Oasis album, Oddly it contains my favourite Oasis song ever. It's about Noel's panic attacks after quitting drugs cold-turkey

Oh! How could I forget this? I'm not normally a big fan of Rush, but this 20 minute sci-fi rock opera they did was fantastic.

Comes in at 12:01 on Spotify: http://open.spotify.com/track/4UrgDocbHywDZv2f3mBhCq and is in my opinion, an epic rock song.
"Bat Out Of Hell" is another great one of his, coming in at 9:50.
I was just about to post that. Meatloaf is one of my guilty musical pleasures. It stands in total opposition to everything I love about alternative music, but the songs are just too good to ignore. "Objects in the rearview mirror..."

Of course, there's always the Beatles' "Hey Jude."
And the final 15 minute long track on Sigur Ros' "( )" album (and many other Sigur Ros songs).
