I've eaten pork, beef or lamb for almost every meal for my entire life.
That's why I'm so strong. :-)

Heart disease runs in my family; no sense courting the Big One, especially for sake of pride.

I have recently bought and started reading a self-help book that's actually helpful for once. Wanted it years ago and happened to bump into it in a charity shop Smile

I feel strong enough to be there 100% FOR OTHERS and to me that's always a sign that I'm doing well.

Gonna get tested for Aspergers and if the result is negative I'll look into treatment for O.C.D. as that might instead be the explanation for my compulsive behavior.... buttttttttttt:

Yeah, mine too.
But eating meat makes me feel human, gets me high, there's something so primal about it.
I get a meat eating afterglow that last for hours.
I'm giving up smoking in two days time. That will be better for my heart than giving up meat.

I seriously seem to be taking care of my mood and my mental health right now! I seem strong, confident and most of all I seem stable, independent and supportive of others.

All I need to do is keep it up! Big Grin

I also took some important advice by opening up to a few trusted irl people. I don't feel hopeful really...my feelings are mostly..dread. But logically it appears that I am moving in the right direction.

As long as you are moving in the right direction, there's hope. Heart

I've been kind of trying to little-by-little clean my bedroom. Every time I go to the kitchen, I make sure to take any dishes, grab a couple pieces of laundry to throw in the laundry room, grab a rag while I'm in the kitchen anyway so I can wipe down my desk or whatever.

My room is really a lot cleaner than it usually is, and I'm starting to kind of feel happy about that. Big Grin

There's a certain freedom and relief that comes with having a clean room Big Grin
