The website says it will match a Republican who won't vote for either Hilary or Donald with a Democrat who won't vote for either Hilary or Donald in the same state. What they say, basically, is you cannot be blamed for letting Donald or Hilary into the Oval Office if you use this website because you've been "matched" with a 3rd party voter from the other major party who, likewise, refuses to vote for a criminal (because neither major party gains an advantage if an equal number of Democrats and Republicans don't vote for Donald or Hilary). Seems to be a pro-Gary Johnson website.
