Did you have anxiety attacks before the break in?
Yeah I had anxiety before the break in. And no not really the money isn't enough. 600$ for a one bedroom and then I have 153 for all my necessities. That includes cane replacements, household cleaners, toiletries, clothes, transportation. Even when I had my my own place my parents still had to help me. And that's not fair to me or them.

EBT (foodstamps) is a subsidy for agriculture, not welfare for the poor, btw. If you're not from the US, you probably don't know this (most americans don;t either), but our welfare program is on our Farm Bill.

No when I had my own place I did. Now I'm paying 350 half of the rent with my parents so I can save up for a new apartment. Right now daddy still needs help, and mom still doesn't have a stable job.

Since I just moved back home I've only been on the list a few months. And me and Joseph broke up before I moved, he wanted to get back together and for me to come back to Tennessee but I think I need some time to myself. Not that we'll never get back together, but neither of us are in a stable place for a realationship.

How does budgeting make you feel? Neutral? Anxious? Depressed? Optimistic?

How does budgeting make you feel? Neutral? Anxious? Depressed? Optimistic? Budgeting is more depressing and frustrating. I always pay rent first. Then I transportation. Things I can't afford to go out for I don't or I try to get things cheaper online. I'm working on not leaning on my parents for transportation. That's not fair to them. I try to save maybe 20$ aside a month but it's usually every other month. So toiletries, cleaners, and other household cleaners i buy in bulk.
