Personally I'm in no position for children. Financially I can't afford it. Second I know I'm still emotionally immature. However, I'm so sick of republicans whining at me about birth control. You think people of color have too many kids (btw not true) but don't want to have a way to curtail that? And never mind that a third of women on birth control take it for hormone correction. No babies is just a bonus.

Okay, semi off-subject...but do you have -any- savings (or do you know -anyone- with liquid capital) and have you checked hud housing auctions?  There are so many toxic mortgages out there right now.  I bought 120k worth of assets for 25k two years ago (it was worth 89k when I bought it).  -Because- you're already in the system, you;re what they call a "preferential bidder". For once, disadvantage might be an advantage.

(I passed on a 7600 sq ft unfinished apartment complex in a state capital for 13k, and bought a rural ag allotment instead)

Dude I have about 30 dollars to my name each mont after rent and bills. I have exactly 200 dollars in a hollow book.
