I don't like escargot.

Coq au vin is lovely though. I recently made it with white as opposed to red wine after watching a tv programme that used the white wine so they could add cream, and it was lovely. Much less heavy flavour which I enjoyed.

In fact I would go so far as to say that French cuisine is probably my favourite. Caribbean coming in a close second.
