Who was the first to light a fart?

Was it a caveman farting into the fire by accident or was it someone who already knew that farts are flamable, which would make the feat less than impressive.

I freely admit I never knew anyone doing it. The first time I came upon it was when reading Stephen King's "it". But the internet offers the opportunity for everyone sharing their bodily functions. Sometimes it seems it's the major purpose of the www. So I'm well aware of what level the art of fart lighting has reached by now.
