What the f*ck do minorities have to do with feminism?
You think it might be the fact that like women, they too are far too often on the receiving end of discrimination?
Just a thought.

Did you miss the fact, that Americans voted for a guy, who practically admitted sexual assault, not to mention his many misogynistic remarks made in public, during his campaign? And that many people seem to consider bragging about sexual assault a normal thing among men, "locker room talk"? And that despite hundreds of years of political rights, a woman still hasn't been the President of US? And that when one runs for the office she's judged in complete different way, than her male opponent? Because a guy calling Mexicans "rapists" and women "dogs", a guy who mocks the handicapped and war-heroes is fine, while a woman calling people "deplorable" is an utterly unlikable b*tch.
I though that would have shut you up for a bit longer, but I guess I overestimated you.
The minorities thing was an add on, mostly aimed at SJWs but I don't expect many on here.
Joking about groping people isn't the same as rape.
A women hasn't been president? Oh my, nor has a muslim, a non-binary, etc.
America voted for men because it happens that the male candidates were just better.
Illegal immigrants aren't a race.
Some women are dogs like how some men are bastards.
And he mocks a handicapped guy, ( jokes) and hilary lets a rapist get away.
Vote for policy rather than personality.

Why are people feminists? Women have equal rights, so do minorities. The "Civil Rights Act of 1964" ensures they get the same pay and employment opportunities in the workplace (based on merits and skills).
And women are people so the constitution obviously applies to them.
Sure some people aren't treated nicely but what's feminism gonna do about it? Stop people from speaking? Limiting freedom of speech?
Sure, we needed feminism at one point, just like how Islamic countries need it now. But second wave and third wave serve no purpose.
Maybe they don't have the same opportunities? Well there's egalitarianism. And what's up with people getting pissed about these labels.
"No I don't wanna be called egalitarian because I RESPECT HUMANS".
Jesus do you want a pat on the back for being a "non-racist" too?
P.S
America is not a rape culture. Rape is illegal, and who promotes rape?
Our new president promotes rape. [emoji57]

Yes, women are treated differently by some people but does make it so they don't have the same rights? No that's why feminism is not required.
Yeah, we're going to disagree on this one. Rights are abstract, but one only has them insofar as they are pratically present. Words on paper aren't rights.

"Only" does harm? I think you're overstating your case quite a bit. All it would take to falsify this claim of yours is to find one single instance where feminism has benefitted women.
Immoderate language rarely aids in making a point.

1) Can women not vote? Can women not go outside without a man? The words on paper are the framework of this government. That's why we had to change from the "Articles of Confederation" to the "Constitution".
2) I said " Now it only does more harm". In America atleast.

lol, you really believe him when he said he was joking? Do you not read the news? Do you not know of the many women who've come forward confirming that they have been groped -- i.e. sexually assaulted -- by Trump?
This is going to be a fun thread. You'd best go grab a helmet and a sack lunch. You're gonna be here all day defending this, and it ain't gonna be pretty.

And I never said it should be that way (referring to is-ought fallacy), but it just is. It's not something that can be reformed without aggression. Or some sort of "revelation".

Yes, those are the only metrics of equality. What was I thinking?!

Yes, and you know what those words on paper did for the Nisei in 1941? Not a goddamned thing. You know what those words did for black under Jim Crow? Not a goddamned thing. You're naive beyond belief if you think a written guarantee is a "right". I'll ignore your comment about the change from AoC to the Constitution, because it's not germane to the topic.

Ah, I see. You have an arbitrary cut-off point. Pray tell, when in your mind did feminism become obsolete, and why?

Oh, I wonder why non of those women cried like the woman who was raped by Bill Clinton. Not a single one.
Just because a lot of women said it doesn't mean one of them has to be right.
"There're so many religions so one of them has to be right?"
Is it not a coincidence that just as the presidential debate starts leaning on his side these women come out to say this?
"Oh, of course not. This was just the best time to get the news out."
