Ugh, that's awful but pretty standard for that place. I hear a lot of stories about Saudi Arabia from military friends who have spent some time there. It may be a fairly wealthy nation, but it is NOT a nice place.

Yes. Unfortunately the world only seems to care when it happens to Westerners.

You'd think the worlds rapists would have cottoned on to the fact they could move there and rape with impunity, but I guess if it's effectively permitted that would kinda spoil their fun. Either that, or it's too uncivilized even for the rapists.

I don't think Donald Trump would ever try and change the laws of America to resemble anything like this type of sharia where victims of rape are arrested.

I have a friend who is a helicopter mechanic. He worked in Saudi Arabia for a couple of years. Good money, but he never left the "American Compound". He's never going back; he tells me it is a real shit hole. Dubai doesn't look any better, from here.
