Weird. I'm seeing the option.

The original issue was caused by me turning on a database caching option, and that's now disabled.

It's working again. I have no idea what's going on. Perhaps it's a browser setting on my end or something.

It seems to be occurring from time to time, and restarting the database sorts the issue out.

I found an anomaly that might explain it and fixed that, so please let me know if it happens again!

It was happening off an on earlier today, but your post here is after my difficulty with it.  I'll let you know if I have any trouble with it from here on out.
