They pulled a stupid and dangerous prank, but it is NOT rape. Nor do I think the law needs to get involved here, the parents and teachers should take care of this, and at most the boys can be expelled if an example needs to be set.

I think people on this thread are swinging in some crazy directions from charging these guys with rape to not getting the law involved at all.

The prank they did was a crime, they committed a stupid and dangerous crime.  

The two things that have to be taken into consideration is the woman's physical health and the potential risk of stds.

The woman's mental trauma and how that might affect her career working in this place where it's well known news now that she ate the spunk of these guys.

It's obviously not rape but there's an undeniable sexual element to the prank which makes it more serious.

This is just my opinion but basically I think it's unlikely they were doing this for sexual reasons and it is basically just food tampering but the food tampering is more serious because of the sexual fluid element involved.

If these boys had done this before, filmed it, had obvious intentions of some kind of sexual nature then I'd say you'd be getting into the realms of a sexual crime.

I think this crime could be in theory a crime that crosses over into a sex crime but looking at it practically it's just some guys who tampered with food but because they used spunk that makes it a whole lot more serious and disturbing for the woman involved but still isn't in the same league as groping a woman, penetration or something like that.

I'm no legal expert but as a knee jerk judgement I'd say they don't deserve prison or jail unless they'd done things like this before or it became apparent there was some definite sexual motivation for it or they just showed no remorse at all.  Fines and a criminal record seems about right to me.

I don't know if I'm explaining myself properly here but, I doubt the boys wanted to commit a serious crime.  But it is serious.  But if you impose a sexual assault crime on them and they go to jail or whatever it's kind of a needless punishment that's more likely to turn them into more hardcore criminals when they have a severe criminal record of sexual assault and they're exposed to other real criminals.
On the other hand punishment should be somewhat severe because looking at it from the perspective of the woman it basically is a sex crime, she swallowed spunk of these guys, it's public humiliation and could even possibly have physical consequences if STDs are involved.

Because of what bodily fluid it was. I get to decide if, when, and whose seamen goes in my mouth. That is a very personal decision. Those boys had to do inappropriate things (inappropriate because it was at school and aimed at an adult) in order to even get it to put in the food. If that happened to me I would feel very disgusted and attacked. Boys might like doing things that are disgusting but that does in no way give them the right to do what they did to ANYONE! That was beyond jokes and beyond funny. That was assault.

I'm not in law enforcement nor a lawyer it's not up to me. I just think the cops should be involved. There should be legal consequences for them. Let someone with more knowledge handle that which is what I meant by the school is in no way able to decide what happens because they are not trained in that either.
