I doubt it very much. Then again, I thought Trump would lose by a comfortable margin on election night.
But I expect that the worst you'll see is a few defectors taking a 'principled stand' that won't change the election results but will lead to stories about how they and their families were targets of death threats and racist slogans written on their cars. I have been reading-up a little more on this; even if the Electoral College votes for Trump, then election can still be challenged in early January when the votes are counted. The Congress does not have to accept the results of the Electoral College vote; it can still be challenged then. Trump's conflict of interests with his many investments may be sufficient to cause a challenge. In the end, the House of Representatives may have the last say.
