Even if 100% of murders of black people were committed by other black people, murderers would still be an extremely low percentage of the total black population.  It's not race that causes higher crime rates in the inner cities, but rather the conditions and circumstances that people live in.  I do believe, though, that the disintegration of the family is a huge factor in poverty and crime rates for all races.
