For as long as there have been people, they have killed each other at the whim of the most wretched among them. They die screaming, by the thousands. Extermination in nuclear fire would be a logical conclusion to what preceded it.

My only hope is that the people around them can keep the djinn in the bottle. I'm willing to bet that the USSR thought Kennedy was nuts, and they had Khrushchev. Anyone ever see him take his shoe off and pound it on the table, to get attention? I did. I think that the information age we live in now actually accentuates the concern due to the immediacy and availability of news from all over the globe. I do agree with the picture you posted. It is of concern, because of the stupid, uncontrolled running off at the mouth (and fingers) we see with the chump.
