Science makes the claim that there are billions of galaxies in the universe.
They do so with NO REPEATABLE, OBSERVABLE SCIENTIFIC EXPERIMENTS
demonstrating those are actually galaxies and not some sort of sophisticated holographic projections.

YOU ATHEISTS don't bother to critically think about such matters.
If science says something is a fact you just blindly believe it like trained idiot monkeys

There is no evidence for mass galaxy sized projections nor any technology that could generate something like it  and how would one determine the difference between the two. heck what would cause one even propose such an idea.
