This is a profoundly desperate position to be in, when something as fantastic as the actual existence of a soul -still- wouldn't necessitate or even support your claims about ndes and oobes....don't you think?

What is a soul?
It doesn't matter what a soul is, that;s my point.  Even if you had one...the things that you are pointing to have no need of a soul as explanation.  The soul, regardless of what you think it is or if it even exists, is unnecessary and redundant.

That's the most damning state for a concept to be in. Undemonstrated, and unneeded... even if true.

FOOL.

Psychic powers can also be used to convince people that the devil exist.
Avidya tantrics do something similar in India by using occult powers.

These people achieve these powers and use them to carry forward their own agenda.
That is not the way to go.
Some people with psychic power use them to convince people to give all their money to them.
This is trash yog.  Banging Head On Desk

Nothing to do with God and NDEs.  Lightbulb

Idiot. Derren Brown doesn't have psychic powers. That's the whole point of his show.

You asked if people could be converted by an illusion. I've shown that people can be converted without much effort. No 'deeper reality' needed..

Who's ridiculing who?

Unless...

Derren Brown is a non-psychic with psychic powers pretending not to be a psychic, using his psychic powers to make people think he doesn't have psychic powers...

That's taking meta to the next level.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Imbecile.  Banging Head On Desk

You wouldn't have the slightest clue of how the mind work.
By practicing tricks for long time the mind become strong in the particular field in which the person
try to work on.
The same goes for everything.
Yoga doesn't practice on tricks.
Instead practice on intuitional science that eventually will lead to God.
In other words it doesn't matter on which science you work on.
They all lead somewhere whether is positive or negative.

You may not call or say that a strong mind has psychic power.
That is irrelevant.
A strong mind can do things that a weak mind can not do so this guy by practicing for long time his tricks reach a stage in which he was able to dominate weak minds.
Instead of making other people believe that God exist he could have done the opposite.
In other words is all bullshit.
God belief has got to be build through other means not by using tricks because in that case is all worthless.  Lightbulb

Do you have evidence that it leads to God? No, this is just more bullshit dogma. I spit you out.

Bullshit. Some lead nowhere. Like intuitional science. That's why Derren Brown can do what he can do, and you're just a schmuck who talks about hidden gold.

Quote:In Shabda Cayanika Baba recounts the tragic story of his laokik student colleague, Khagen. Unfortunately Khagen was very fascinated by avidya tantra and started practicing. And ultimately in a short while he got some siddhis. But then the situation became terrible. And in the end, Khagen did something very bad by practicing the "killing mantra". He irresponsibly killed one dog using that black mantra. Then something even more horrible happened. The disembodied mind of the dog was always coming after him. Due to the resultant phobia over this, Khagen's entire mental existence turned into that dog. He lost his human voice and began expressing himself like one dog, just barking like a dog. Khagen could only make the barking sound of a dog. Khagen was always tortured and haunted in this way.

All your spouting is a fail attempt to divert your inability to prove me wrong.  Banging Head On Desk  Wink  Banging Head On Desk

Anybody can become a trickster.
It only takes sometime and some effort.
Nothing really special.
At the end you can convince people to believe what you like.
The problem with tricks is that they don't last for long time.
At the end people wake up and go back to their old beliefs.
In other word the illusions last only the time that it takes for the people to wake up.

NDEs on the other hand are not tricks.
They are real and they last a whole lifetime in a sharp, clear and vivid panorama.

Sorry yog, you fail once again.  Wink

It seems that you have enough evidence to prove that the karma doesn't exist.
Let us see this evidence yog.  I'm all ears!

Prove it. You don't know that these people would have gone back to being atheist. You're just asserting it.

Yeah, so says you. Where's the evidence that NDEs correspond to a real, spiritual world. There is none. OBEs clearly have false information in them and are a common theme in NDEs. Are you ready to answer about the woman wearing long johns, or are you going to dodge it yet again?
