While money does cause a lot of corruption, lack of money definately causes desperation.. oth are equally detrimental to teh common good. Let's all become communists j/k please don't drag me into a political discussion.
"There ought to be a term that would designate those who actually follow the teachings of Jesus, since the word 'Christian' has been largely divorced from those teachings, and so polluted by fundamentalists that it has come to connote their polar opposite: intolerance, vindictive hatred, and bigotry." -- Philip Stater, Huffington Post

I don't think lack of money counts for anything more than a good joke.
I thinkn the 'desperation' would itself fbe a 'corruption'. IE I don't care; I reject the notion of objective good or bad. Strong, unthinking attachment to anything will eventually cause suffering.
Some things faster than others.
Is it only that nothing can itself be objectively good or bad, or does it include that the concepts of good and bad themselves cannot be objective? If something is only real in a tentative, illusory, human way... c'est ca vrai? In an illusory way? I am not trying to nitpick, but merely wonder aloud, I do not have this on efigured out yet.
